Shipping, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Whenever you give LnL Publishing sensitive information (credit card numbers, for instance), LnL Publishing will take commercially reasonable steps to establish a secure connection with your web browser. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for any other purposes.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is Lock 'n Load Publishing policy that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Lock 'n Load Publishing also feels one policy cannot fit all cases, and our customer satisfaction is what we want. We understand at times there are extenuating circumstances where a return and a refund is justified. If you feel strongly that you are entitled to are fund or exchange, please contact us via our Support Desk and explain why you believe you are entitled to a refund or exchange. This does NOT guarantee that you will receive a refund or exchange, but we do review each case.
If you receive a product from us that you feel is damaged or defective, please contact us right away via our Support Desk and explain the issue you are having with our product. We will review the request, and if found justified, we will replace the product or item for you. This does NOT guarantee that you will receive a replacement, but we do review each case.
