The Battle for Stalingrad – A Turning Point in WWII
Enemy at the Gates – Expansion for Heroes of the Bitter Harvest
Enemy at the Gates is an expansion module for Heroes of the Bitter Harvest, bringing the brutal, street-to-street combat of Stalingrad to the Lock 'n Load Tactical Series. Set in late 1942 to early 1943, this expansion immerses players in the desperate battle for the war-torn ruins of Stalingrad, where Soviet and German forces fought for every street, factory, and building. Featuring fluid, impulse-based turns, individual heroics, and the chaos of urban warfare, Enemy at the Gates adds new scenarios, units, and mechanics to intensify the struggle for control of the city.
The Battle for Stalingrad – A Turning Point in WWII
In September 1942, the German 6th Army, supported by elite Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS divisions, launched a massive offensive against Stalingrad, a key industrial hub on the Volga River. The Soviets, under General Vasily Chuikov, transformed the city into a fortress of resistance, leading to some of the most vicious urban combat in history. Buildings became fortifications, factories turned into battlegrounds, and the fight for every street, block, and ruin defined this grueling battle.

✔ The Red October Factory – A brutal industrial battlefield with tanks and infantry clashing inside shattered buildings.
